Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Operations Associate role at Corpay What We Need Corpay is currently on the lookout for a highly organized person to join our APAC Operations Team in Sydney Australia, as an Operations Associate. Your focus will be reviewing and processing Foreign Exchange transactions (FX), Beneficiary templates and outbound Payments. You’ll be responsible for monitoring the APAC team inboxes, actioning tasks and liaising with front and back‑office departments. You will be a key contributor to maintaining the service levels and efficiency of the APAC Operations team How We Work Assigned workspace in the Sydney, Australia office Company‑issued equipment Formal, hands‑on training Role Responsibilities Processing FX deals (Spot deals, drawdowns, deal amendments, expiry options) Review and Cancel/Amend/Modify Foreign Exchange transactions Formatting beneficiary information, setting up international money transfers Manage client ledger balances and creating client currency accounts Monitor the Transactions and Settlements team inboxes, actioning tasks and liaising with front and back‑office departments Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support to other finance and accounting team members as needed. Qualifications & Skills Previous payments or banking experience in an office setting preferred, but not required Proficient computer skills, ideally intermediate or advanced Excel experience Strong analytical mindset with high data entry accuracy Confident communicator with a collaborative, team‑focused approach. Organised, deadline‑driven, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
