Operations Associate – Corpay (Sydney, Australia) Join to apply for the Operations Associate role at Corpay . This position is based in Sydney, Australia and focuses on reviewing and processing Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions, beneficiary templates, and outbound payments. How We Work As an Operations Associate you will work in a hybrid office environment and will be supported with the following: Assigned workspace in the Sydney, Australia office Company‑issued equipment Formal, hands‑on training Role Responsibilities Key duties include: Processing FX deals (Spot deals, drawdowns, deal amendments, expiry options) Reviewing, cancelling, amending, and modifying Foreign Exchange transactions Formatting beneficiary information and setting up international money transfers Managing client ledger balances and creating client currency accounts Monitoring the Transactions and Settlements team inboxes, actioning tasks and liaising with front and back‑office departments Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Providing support to other finance and accounting team members as needed Qualifications & Skills We are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized individual with the following experience and skills: Previous payments or banking experience in an office setting (preferred but not required) Proficient computer skills, ideally intermediate or advanced Excel experience Strong analytical mindset with high data entry accuracy Confident communicator with a collaborative, team‑focused approach Organized, deadline‑driven, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Excellent time‑management and data‑integrity skills Our Company & Purpose Corpay is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
