Key responsibilities Customer loan applications: ensure applications are complete and appropriate, fix any manual/non-automated parts, and resolve gaps to get applications ready for credit review Origination support: complete any support processes in the loan application, assessment or origination process, including checking, completing, ordering and following up Payment processing: run payment processes, ensuring flows are timely and accurate Loan settlement process: work with panel solicitors to ensure brilliant, quick settlements Compliance and file management: check and maintain accompanying documents such as ID, bank and title documents Other responsibilities: as Inviva is a fast-growing company, the Operations Associate will have the opportunity to have a real influence and exposure to many parts of the business, including projects and process mapping, improvement and automation.
