Lead PEGA System Architect

Job Overview Synechron is hiring a Lead PEGA Architect to join our team. The candidate will lead the development and implementation effort, ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. Responsibilities Lead the team and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Co‑ordinate with the architect and oversee the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. Design and develop the stories using best practices. Understand CI/CP pipelines for code deployment. Have strong experience in integration such as REST and SOAP APIs with external systems and APIs. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective PEGA solutions. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality projects within deadlines. Qualifications Must be Certified Lead PEGA Senior System Architect. Minimum 9 years of strong experience in the Pega development and implementation. Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, case management, rules, UI Design, and architecture. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and address challenges effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Additional Information Interested candidates EASY APPLY.
