Required Skills & Experience Experience: 10+ years in IT; 3+ years as PEGA Architect post-CLSA certification; 2+ years on PEGA 8. Certification: PEGA CLSA (Parts 1 & 2) mandatory. Strong knowledge of PEGA architecture, design patterns, and tools (PDC, SMA, PLA, BIX). Expertise in Agile, SDLC, object-oriented design, and system integration. Experience with PEGA Cloud or client-managed Cloud. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
