Public Sector, State or Federal Government experience is useful Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders Teach and drive Pega's methodology among clients, partners, and teammates Run hands-on Pega tools like Blueprint and App Studio in live client workshops, demonstrating deep application understanding Who You Are Strong consulting background is paramount Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Growth mindset – Think differently and embrace innovation Experience with similar CRM, BPM platforms Location Sydney or Melbourne - commutable distance Hybrid Client Sites/office/home Work Rights Citizenship of Australia Required Travel Ability to travel approximately 25% required.
