Based in Ormeau, Queensland, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Service Co‑ordinator to support our high‑performing team. If you're self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role could be the perfect next step in your career. You’ll bring proven administration experience within the building industry – ideally within a construction or maintenance support team – and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes. Our Building and Quality Assurance teams are responsible for ensuring every Orbit home is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. When unforeseen issues arise after handover, we act quickly, professionally, and with customer experience at the centre of everything we do. What You’ll Bring Skills & Experience Previous administration experience within the building industry Strong time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure A team‑focused approach and the ability to collaborate effectively Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail Ability to meet targets while maintaining quality standards Confidence in reading and interpreting building plans and specifications Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude Understanding of residential building contracts Behaviour & Mindset Drive, integrity, initiative: You take responsibility, follow through, and bring energy to achieving results Results‑focused: You can prioritise what matters in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change Team‑oriented: You listen, collaborate, and value the contributions of others Why Orbit Homes?
