BDR Manager – FinTech | $150K Base + $225K OTE | Melbourne Hybrid The product is a FinTech platform backed by $18M in fresh funding, growing weekly. You will build and lead the outbound engine from scratch. You'll be the first BDR Manager at one of Australia’s fastest-growing financial technology scale‑ups, responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a team of BDRs, designing cadences, messaging, multi‑channel sequences, and rhythm. Additionally, you’ll remain close to the action: listening to calls, breaking down discovery, teaching reps objection handling, tracking performance, and tweaking the playbook. You’ll report directly to sales leadership and work hand‑in‑hand with marketing, rev ops, and product to align across the funnel. You’ll thrive here if you: Have 2–5 years leading or managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS, FinTech, or a similar high‑growth space. Know what a good outbound motion looks like and what doesn’t work anymore. Understand how to build cadences across email, LinkedIn, phone, and video that convert. Can coach reps on discovery, tone, timing, and consistency. Love balancing data and gut instinct in a team measured by numbers and energy. Enjoy celebrating when a rep books a meeting the right way. Compensation: $150K base + $225K OTE. Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office).
