Stay Market-Savvy: Keep abreast of product, packaging, and processing trends, with active involvement in new product development. About You: We are looking for someone with: Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in a similar role within the food industry. Proven success in account management, sales growth, and customer acquisition. Experience in food preparation or formulation within food and hospitality industries. Skills & Attributes: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and time management skills.
