Sales Associate at Neptune Homes Join the Sales Team at Neptune Homes at our SkyRidge Display Homes as a full-time Sales Associate. In this client-facing role, you will play a key part in showcasing our stunning display homes to prospective clients and assisting the New Home Consultant with their duties. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career with an award-winning home builder. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors to our display homes, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and budget, and match them with the perfect home design Respond to online and phone enquiries Prepare sales related documentation and handle administrative tasks related to the sales process Work collaboratively with the New Home Consultant to achieve individual and team sales targets Ensure the Display Homes are well presented at all times Qualifications Experience in a sales or customer service based role Experience in the real estate or home building industries would be advantageous but not mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively with clients Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for helping people find their dream home A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work Full Time Thursday to Monday (Including Saturday and Sunday) Benefits Competitive base salary plus super and uncapped commission structure Ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth A fun, vibrant and supportive team culture About Neptune Homes Neptune Homes is a Queensland based home builder known for creating high quality homes that reflect our clients' unique design and lifestyle aspirations, all at an affordable price.
