Training Officer

The Role MACA are seeking a permanent full-time talented Training Coordinator to join our team on an 8 : 6 roster FIFO from Perth to the Gruyere Gold Mine. Located 1200km north-east of Perth, the Gruyere gold mine is an open pit operation in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields. Secure your future with WA’s number 1 Contractor. To be successful in this role, you will : Coordinate project training in accordance with Maintenance and Production training schedules. Collaborate with departmental Superintendents and Project Management to ensure compliance with company and client procedures. Organise and deliver site specific inductions and training packages. Responsible for the training systems document control and records management. Liaise with supervisors to ensure plant availability needed to optimise training levels. Conduct productivity training with operators to assist with production KPI target management. Assist in Mobilisation of new project starters. You will possess : Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of systems development life cycle. Administration experience. Working in the mining / civil industry. Cert IV Training / Assessment an advantage.
