Technology Offerings RF Test and Measurement Military communications across all domains Wireless Communications Broadcast and Media Air Traffic Control Cybersecurity and Network Technology Responsibilities Plan, execute and oversee the maritime program, aligning it with R&S goals and strategies. Manage resources, budgets and schedules to deliver program objectives. Define program objectives, lead teams of professionals and engage stakeholders effectively. Ensure plans are in place, risks and opportunities are managed, and resources are available to meet commitments. Keep key stakeholders informed of performance, status and issues. Lead and mentor program team members to ensure alignment with objectives. Align program metrics with reporting requirements and validate deliverables against quality standards. Lead all project activities and risk management to achieve milestones. Oversee integration of Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) into the main program of work. Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships, including customers and suppliers. Lead customer relations related to program activities. Demonstrate adaptability, initiative and reliability, maintaining a broad perspective and pragmatism. Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner. Experience delivering projects with value greater than $10 M. Significant exposure to Earned Value Management methods. Experience leading project teams of 15 or more staff. Australian Citizenship, with eligibility to hold an Australian NV1 security clearance. Eligibility and Security Requirements The role requires access to ITAR‑controlled material, so applicants must meet US State Department regulations for ITAR access. All offers are conditional on the candidate being able to meet Australian NV1 security clearance requirements, which include Australian Citizenship and/or Permanent Residency.
