The project will create 2,000 construction jobs and deliver lasting benefits to the local community through employment, training, and business opportunities.We are seeking a **HR Business Partner** to join the **Perdaman Project team** in **Karratha, WA** on a 19:9 roster. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Be a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.* Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.* Collaborate with senior management within the project to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.* Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.* Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations**What You Will Bring to the Team:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Professional HR certification is advantageous.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.* Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.* Ability to commit to a 19:9 site-based roster**Our Benefits*** Competitive project site allowances.* Mental health and wellbeing programs.* Employee assistance programs for employees and families.* Industry-leading benefits such as health insurance offers, salary packaging, and travel discounts.**Clough’s Inclusive Workforce**We’re committed to diversity, providing opportunities for all individuals to achieve their full potential.
