About the role This role is central to safeguarding the performance and reliability of nbn’s network. You will lead the resolution of major incidents impacting IT systems, networks and facilities, ensuring minimal disruption for nbn partners, RSPs and customers. You’ll coach and develop a high‑performing team, oversee Post Incident Review processes and collaborate across business units and industry partners to strengthen resilience. Working closely with communications teams, you will deliver clear and timely outage messaging and drive initiatives that enhance incident management capability and operational excellence. About you You have proven experience in a complex technology or network environment and a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders. You understand outage ecosystems and the factors that influence customer and partner satisfaction. You’re passionate about process improvement and team development, and you bring excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
