Through the Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS) program, you will support young people aged 15–24 experiencing serious mental health challenges to build confidence, independence and hope for the future. Social connection Leadership and decision‑making Teamwork, resilience, and self‑esteem Healthy lifestyles, community service, and personal responsibility As part of the team you will also: Keep accurate and timely records to ensure high‑quality support Be guided by Wellways’ Well Together Model and Recovery Frameworks Travel across the region, with some overnight stays as required What you need: Completion of the Certificate 4 in Mental Health, Certificate 4 in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate 4 in Community Services, or equivalent practical experience working in a mental health role.
