This is your chance to join a high-performing digital growth team and lead Amazon expansion across more than 10 international markets. If you’re commercially sharp, hands-on with Amazon strategy, and motivated by driving sales at scale, this role is for you. Why You’ll Love This Role Own and grow performance across Amazon marketplaces worldwide Take charge of pricing, promotions, and Buy Box strategy to drive market share Develop and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns that deliver real ROI Collaborate with cross-functional teams and an external agency to scale impact Keep listings sharp with A+ content, SEO, and customer review strategies Get exposure to global expansion strategy and play a pivotal role in execution What You’ll Be Doing Manage relationships with Amazon and agency partners to deliver on strategic goals Build, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS Run seasonal promotions and pricing initiatives backed by competitive analysis Oversee daily sales and category performance, leading weekly KPI reviews Maintain compliance with marketplace requirements and policies Briefly manage eBay Australia store operations alongside Amazon focus About You You’re an Amazon growth specialist with a proven record of driving sales, profitability, and market share across multiple regions. You thrive in data-driven environments and know how to get results through strategy, execution, and optimisation. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you’re as comfortable collaborating with senior leaders as you are diving into campaign dashboards.
