Noosa Basics is an independent Australian brand manufacturing natural skincare and personal care products in our own facility on the Sunshine Coast. We’re a small, hands‑on team focused on quality, consistency and calm, well‑organised operations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations & Administration Coordinator to help support day‑to‑day operations and take pressure off our production team. About the Role This role works closely with the business owners and the Production Manager, supporting production planning, administration, supplier coordination and customer communication. It’s ideal for someone organised, practical and reliable — who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and doesn’t need to be the boss to make a big impact. Key Responsibilities Assist with weekly production scheduling and workflow planning Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, packaging and general suppliesl> Liaise with the business owners and Production Manager to support daily operations Communicate with a small number of customers (around 10 key accounts) Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, invoices and export paperwork Support overseas production coordination where required Assist with basic payroll tasks and employee administration Help place job ads and coordinate casual or temporary staff when needed Maintain organised records, documentation and operational files What We’re Looking For Highly organised, reliable and calm under pressure Strong administrative and coordination skills Comfortable working in a manufacturing or operational environment Clear communicator, confident dealing with suppliers and customers Able to work independently and use initiative Good computer skills (invoicing, documents, email, scheduling tools) Previous experience in operations, administration, manufacturing or logistics is highly regarded Why Work With Us Supportive, respectful team and direct access to the business owners Meaningful role with real impact on how the business runs Stable position in a growing Australian manufacturing business Calm, down‑to‑earth workplace with clear expectations Opportunity to grow with the company over time Ready to Apply?
