Join Our Team at Total Disaster Recovery (TDR) At Total Disaster Recovery, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch restoration solutions for our clients and their customers. As a dedicated restoration service provider, we focus on excellence in every project we undertake. Position Available: Restoration Technicians (Senior and Junior Levels) Due to ongoing growth, we are expanding our team We are seeking both Senior and Junior/Trainee Restoration Technicians to complete restoration work. At TDR, we recognise the vital role our technicians play in delivering top-quality service, with Senior Technicians mentoring team members whilst fostering strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Adherence to and team compliance with WHS policies and procedures Performing restoration tasks, such as: Site inspections, Make-safe and mitigation and remediation work Completion of documentation including: Job attendance documentation for building and contents, Daily costings, Estimates and scopes of works Meeting job deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality Providing exceptional customer service and nurturing client relationships Participating in an on-call roster Experience Strong customer service focus to enhance TDR’s brand and reputation IICRC certification or experience in restoration or; experience in the cleaning or detailing industries Proficiency in using mobile applications and completing documentation Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the restoration industry IICRC qualifications in two or more areas (Water, Mould, Fire) Extensive experience with documentation, including site forms, estimates, and costings Strong customer engagement and issue resolution skills Ability to collaborate effectively with Building Estimators, Supervisors, Loss Adjusters, Assessors, and Specialists Construction White Card or equivalent (or willingness to obtain) Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy Physically fit What we offer Joining TDR means becoming part of a dedicated team committed to excellence and client satisfaction.
