Senior Investigations Officer Location: Hybrid – Melbourne CBD or regional Victoria (Morwell) Hourly: $71.50 - $86.50 + super Take the lead on high-impact investigations that drive integrity, safety and accountability across a regulated industry. Join a forward-thinking organisation delivering major renewable and energy-efficiency programs that benefit Victorian households and businesses. Responsibilities Lead complex compliance and enforcement investigations into industry participants. Develop investigation plans, briefs of evidence and outcome recommendations. Provide expert advice, mentoring and training to uplift investigative capability. Strengthen systems, processes and governance to enhance investigation outcomes. Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external regulatory partners. About You You are an experienced investigator with a strong regulatory mindset and proven background in compliance, enforcement, or risk management. You bring: Experience conducting investigations in a regulatory or enforcement environment. Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk principles. Background in regulated sectors such as construction, electrical or energy. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
