SENIOR SALES EXEC | C&I ENERGY SOLUTIONS (M&V) This role is working for consultancy that provide high level energy engineering services to large market users in industrial and commercial sectors. They optimise energy efficiency through equipment solutions - boilers, chillers, capital plans - to improve commercial energy costs and sustainability through Measurement and Verification (M&V). Projects they cover are typically capital equipment upgrades, energy audits, procurement, M&V and environmental certificates - their expertise spans every area of energy efficiency. Clients include industrial, council, large property groups, fund managements, shopping centres, agri business, hospitals aquatic facilities and more. They're purpose driven and delivery real change at the apex of the energy landscape through innovation and trusted partnerships. Their team are passionate specialists who care about results — high-performing, collaborative, and fuelled by integrity, excellence, and growth. The position responsibilities This is a flagship position within the Sales & Account Management team for Business Development through their Channel Partners for their M&V service. Most of the sales are brought in by partnering with capital equipment providers who are already delivering their own projects, or property groups who have capital plans to enhance their facilities. Below are some bullet points to Key focus areas: Drive the sales and business development of M&V projects Strengthen customer base relationships and build new ones Uncovering project sales opportunities through channel partners Strengthen relationships with property groups & building management companies Find opportunities from relationships with councils and government sectors Prospect new customers at the industrial and commercial end user level Hybrid 2 days WFH after a few months in the role, CBD office Melbourne based preference, or Brisbane or Perth for this role Full technical back end support from engineering and operations Joining an established team with colleagues succeeding in this division in other states This is more than a job — it’s a chance to work for a company that genuinely lives its values. $125K - $150K + Commission ($200K+ OTE) Commission paid, overall earnings $200k + on target International brand with purpose & longevity Highly skilled engineering and consulting teams supporting you Genuine work-life balance & flexibility Projects that make tangible impact in large sectors and societal impact Career pathways up to senior board level within, a people-first culture The experience you need You’re a strategic sales person with a relationship-driven understanding of how to uncover opportunities through channel partners and customer consistency, you have proven success developing business across the industrial,, or government markets. You understand the language of sustainability and know how to turn opportunities into meaningful outcomes.
