This position will work with the Rockhampton component rebuild team ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service. This is a **Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday** role.The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to:* Build and maintain customer and internal relationships, acting as the key operational contact for assigned customers.* Ensure invoice clarity and prompt payment by verifying accurate parts, labour, and work descriptions.* Communicate effectively with all parties.* Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team.* Implement action plans for financial targets.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
