Farm Coordinator

We’re seekinga proactive Farm Coordinator to join our FNQ operations. KeyResponsibilities Assist theOperations Manager in managing all operational activities, including serviceand repair of farm machinery. Superviseand direct small teams to complete key activities such as weeding, spraying,slashing, tunnel & netting operations, picking, planting, and pruning. Trackproductivity and labour, ensuring daily/weekly/project targets are met. Coordinatemaintenance schedules and ensure adherence. Communicatewith other departments regarding maintenance needs. Evaluatestaff performance and employ performance management strategies. Upholdworkplace health and safety, food safety, and quality standards. Lead byexample and foster a culture of support and high performance. About You Experience Weldingskills. Mechanically minded with strongproblem-solving ability. Irrigation repairs andmaintenance Basic experience withirrigation hydraulics systems Managing small budgets(desired) Small projectmanagement (desired) Strong organisational skills and abilityto meet deadlines. Experience in people and performancemanagement of staff. Ability to work semi-autonomously,managing groups of people. Experience supervising teams and workingin a fast-paced environment. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
