Events & Marketing Coordinator @ Beautiful Luxury Farm Hotel Mt William Holdings Pty Ltd – Grampians VIC Dream job Fast paced events role with a dynamic team & heritage brand. Placement: Full-time with leave during the winter low season. See Seeking an exceptionally talented individual to represent our countryside-based luxury hotel and deliver on three key areas to assist the business: Events Manage inbound bookings, enquiries and client follow-up; conduct farm and facility tours and manage clients' event/wedding journey end-to-end to deliver exceptional outcomes under the direction of the Events Manager. Assist with schedules, setup, logistics, vendor management, service and the physical aspects of executing different sized weddings and events on farm. Marketing Leveraging various means such as PR, online channels, influencers, direct sales, partnerships and other creative means to drive bookings. Manage the newsletter, website, social media calendar, strategic campaigns and graphic design elements (Canva) of various initiatives. Content Bonus: At times, create on-farm and hotel imagery and video clips to showcase the various aspects of the luxury experience (adventure, wellness, food & wine) and seasons to drive brand engagement and increase occupancy. Hospitality We are all allrounders – occasionally help with service shifts and cleaning duties where needed. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in Events Management, having worked weddings and events in a fast paced, pressured environment. Background in marketing and content development, demonstrating growth in previous businesses you have worked with. Industry experience in luxury hotels, events, resorts, fine dining, luxury brands or high-end accommodation. A hospitality background in service, so can seamlessly assist the team when required. Great engaging personality that can adapt to all walks of life and connect with different people. Must have the skills to execute at speed and be proactive in nature. Align to the family values the farm was built on. People possess a hard-working, kind, professional, and welcoming spirit, while never forgetting their sense of humour and always helping other team members if required. Must have valid driver's licence & car. Plus RSA certificate or obtain pre‑arrival. Competitive salary +12% super, potential for accommodation on site. Seasonal workflow.
