We’re now looking for a confident, customer-loving professional to join our Mentone office — someone who thrives on the phone, enjoys solving problems fast, and brings energy and warmth to every conversation. The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of our customer interactions — taking calls, responding to queries, managing orders, and keeping our customers informed at every stage of their journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, takes pride in delivering service excellence, and loves being part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Around 80% of your day will involve direct customer contact via phone and email. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact — answering calls, emails, and portal queries quickly, professionally, and with a focus on first-call resolution. Order & Delivery Management: Process and track customer orders accurately, follow up on deliveries, and keep customers informed at every stage. Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse, Head of Customer, and Account Managers to resolve issues fast and ensure smooth operations. Administration: Maintain customer records and ordering portals, manage the shared inbox, and process returns, credits, and invoices efficiently. About You You’re a people person with strong communication skills and a natural ability to make customers feel heard and supported. You enjoy staying organised, solving problems quickly, and creating positive experiences over the phone. You’ll bring: Previous experience in customer service, call centre. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A confident, calm phone manner and genuine enthusiasm for helping others. High attention to detail and accuracy.
