If so, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Assistant role with Total Tools & Hardware Group (part of Metcash) could be the perfect fit for you. This role provides essential administrative support to our Executive General Managers including our CFO, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, and executive activities. You’ll manage priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and other key stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our leadership team to focus on strategic priorities while you take care of the details. This role operates across both our Port Melbourne and Heatherton sites and required 5-day on site presence due to the nature of the position. Occasional work from home arrangements can be discussed with the leaders you support.
