As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to drive business growth and align sales and marketing into one cohesive, high-performing function. About the Role The Head of Sales will oversee CPR's entire sales lifecycle — leading both strategy and execution. They will be responsible for developing CPR's sales systems, training and mentoring new BDMs, and actively contributing to revenue generation, especially in the first 12–18 months while the team grows. This is both a hands-on and strategic position. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed growth targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform decision-making and maintain competitive advantage. Oversee the full sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive pipeline development and conversion efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with strata managers, builders, consultants, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and operations to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction. Use a CRM system to manage pipelines, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights on ROI and performance. About You 5-10+ years' proven experience in sales leadership within construction, strata, or building services. Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable results. Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets . Solid understanding of marketing functions and how they support sales conversion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A strategic, proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement — for both the business and your team.
