Implementing efficient and effective recruitment practices to attract screen and select suitable applicants Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and hiring managers; to be a trusted recruitment advisor Managing onboarding of new employees Collaborating, communicating and working effectively as a member of the wider KU People Services Team About You The you will be able to demonstrate the skills developed ideally through a prior in house recruitment role.
