Regional Manager- Families, Law + Counselling SCHADS Level 7 + NFP Benefits We're seeking a senior leader to take on a pivotal regional role, focused on the continued growth and delivery of our Family Service Programs . This is more than a management role - it's an opportunity to build partnerships, grow regional capability, and ensure support reaches those who need it most. Full-time position based in Townsville SCHADS Level 7 salary + generous NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax-free) 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading Birthday leave and additional above-award entitlementsRelocation assistance available by negotiation Ongoing professional development and sector leadership opportunities Be part of a purpose-driven, community-grounded organisation What You'll Do Provide leadership and strategic oversight for the delivery of Family Dispute Resolution, Counselling and Employment assistance programs across multiple regions. Guide a team of passionate staff and managers across Townsville and Mount Isa Build contract and subcontract profile through strategic relationship management Lead high-level reporting to funders including the Department of Social Services and Attorney-General's Department Cultivate a culture of trust, care and excellence in service delivery - even in remote settings What You'll Bring A degree (or higher) in Social Sciences, Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or similar At least 5 years' experience in community services leadership, with family law focus Eligibility as a Family and Relationship Counsellor under the Family Law Act (1975) Deep understanding of family violence, therapeutic responses, and regional service needs Experience managing remote teams and navigating cross-sector partnerships A calm, values-driven leadership style, with a focus on connection, compliance, and care If you feel you are the right fit, apply now For any questions- contact #J-18808-Ljbffr
