Principal House Officer - Urology, Queensland Health Support Urology at RBWH with clinical care, surgical assistance, and mentoring junior staff for exceptional patient outcomes. About the role Support the Urology team at RBWH by providing clinical care for outpatients, elective and emergency admissions, assisting in surgical procedures, and supervising junior staff under consultant guidance. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management planning for urology patients. Assist with urological surgeries, including robotic bedside support, and perform basic procedures independently after supervision. Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions, case presentations, and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up. Contribute to teaching, research, and departmental portfolios while supporting junior staff and maintaining high clinical standards.
