We're currently looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Administration Assistant to join our Wholesale Parts Department at our Head Office in Blacktown. You’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly – helping to manage stock records, support dispatch, and assist with general warehouse tasks. Responsibilities Receive parts into stock and maintain accurate stock records Track and record dispatch of parts Support stock takes, picking and packing when needed Assist with weekly stock audits and stock flow analysis Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and General Manager, Wholesale Parts Qualifications Previous experience in a parts warehouse or similar environment Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills Confident using computer systems and data entry Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proactive, self‑motivated and reliable Current Class C driver’s licence preferred What we offer Part‑time hours (9:30am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required) Supportive and experienced team environment Opportunity to develop your skills with a trusted automotive brand Competitive salary aligned with experience If you’re a team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you APPLY NOW and fill in the online application form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
