Tara Treasures is growing We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service & Admin Assistant to support the smooth running of our daily operations. We are based in Braeside, where our office, warehouse and creative work all happen under one roof. We’re a close, supportive team — everyone chips in, and no two days are the same. About the Role As our Customer Service & Admin Assistant, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers via email and help keep our internal admin organised and running smoothly. You’ll also assist with general office tasks and provide support to team members when needed. Your Responsibilities Provide helpful and friendly customer support via phone, email, including product enquiries, order updates, returns and courier follow-ups Assist walk-in customers Carry out day-to-day office admin tasks — document preparation, label printing, ordering supplies and keeping things organised Support other team members with admin tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet updates and preparing materials Assist with order packing during busier periods (we all help where needed) Help keep the workspace tidy, clean and welcoming What We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems calmly and professionally Organised, reliable, and comfortable asking questions when unsure Able to move between tasks without losing track Confident using a computer and able to learn new systems quickly Enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment Bonus Points (but not required) Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform Previous customer service or office admin experience Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic data entry Familiarity with courier or delivery tracking portals Perks of Joining Tara Treasures A warm, friendly, and supportive team environment Stable full‑time role in a growing business On-the-job training across all systems Variety in your day — it’s not a desk‑only role #J-18808-Ljbffr
