Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and onboard skilled tradespeople and professionals across diverse roles, from mechanics to healthcare specialists. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system. Assist hiring managers where needed to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Assist with career expos, international seminars, and local networking events to promote Ready Resources. Collaborate with leadership to refine our recruitment practices and align them with company objectives. Who You Are An experienced recruiter with a passion for innovation and growth. A confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment. Proven experience in Recruitment/Sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of workforce needs in the resources, energy, or construction industries is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
