A bit about the role Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will design enhancements to Wyndham’s urban environment that meet the current and future needs of the community. You will contribute to the design and documentation of streetscape and open space upgrades for key Wyndham activity centres. This coveted dream role allows you the opportunity to truly make a difference in the community by reimagining the image and presentation of Wyndham. What you will deliver Design streetscape and open space upgrades for key Wyndham activity centres Advice to Town Planning in response to development applications Creative and innovative urban design solutions Review and negotiate with developers on urban design issues Prepare contract documentation, including specifications and tender documents and undertake the administration of contracts What you will bring Well-developed design and documentation skills Well-developed communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders Demonstrated experience in urban design and project management Strategic thinking with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Degree or Diploma in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or relevant field A positive and collaborative attitude Be part of something more Take a look at our job opportunities and you may be surprised at what you discover: A future-focused culture, a sense of purpose and possibility, and real opportunities to strengthen our diverse community.
