About the Role We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join the leadership team at Black Star Pastry. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in shaping the daily customer experience and supporting a vibrant, high‑performing team. You’ll be at the heart of our front‑of‑house operations — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll lead by example — coaching, training, and motivating our fantastic team to deliver the exceptional service Black Star Pastry is known for. As a hands‑on leader, you'll take ownership of service standards, team performance, and customer satisfaction. You'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring every shift runs smoothly — and that every customer walks away with a smile. Lead and supervise daily front‑of‑house operations. Train and mentor food and beverage attendants, offering feedback and guidance. Master our menu to provide excellent recommendations to customers. Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Serve all food and beverages professionally and courteously. Participate in leadership meetings and workshops.
