Marketing Co-ordinator

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and driven Marketing Coordinator at the start of their marketing journey - someone excited to grow, learn, and make an impact You’ll bring a solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance, combined with strong design skills and the creativity and drive to join our successful team. We are an Australian owned and family operated company that imports, manufactures, sources, markets, sells and distributes a diverse range of high quality international and locally branded products to the FMCG, DIY Hardware, Garden and Home Improvement Retail Channels in Australia & New Zealand. Located in the south-eastern suburbs, we are close to public transport with free onsite parking. We are a dynamic and diverse business, and we have an exciting opportunity available. This is the perfect opportunity for a junior marketer and designer who wants to take ownership of projects, learn fast, and contribute meaningfully. You’ll have room to experiment, optimise, and see your work directly impact our growth and engagement. You will be responsible for: Digital Marketing and Campaigns Build, optimise, and report on campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. Manage organic and paid social media, developing strategies to drive engagement and growth. Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Apply SEO best practices across website and digital content to increase visibility and performance. Track, analyse, and report on campaign results, using data to continually improve outcomes. Maintain and update website content to reflect new campaigns, programs, and stories. Graphic Design and Storytelling Design engaging digital content that reflect our brands and community. Capture and share photos, videos, and stories from programs and events. Design digital and print materials such as social tiles, newsletters, flyers, and presentations using Canva or similar tools. Ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all communications. Contribute ideas, test new approaches, and continuously learn from feedback and results. What we're looking for: You're curious, ambitious, and ready to build your marketing career in a creative and purpose-driven organisation. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by the idea of seeing your work making an immediate impact. A degree (or soon-to-be completed degree) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Some hands-on experience in digital marketing, including managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns (volunteer experience, internships, etc.) Some experience in graphic design and content creation. A solid understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them in practice. Confidence using analytics tools to track and optimise performance. Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills. Strong written communication and storytelling skills. Familiarity Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Google Analytics. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow quickly.
