About the Role We’re looking for a confident Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for employers. Your job is simple and high‑impact: Call employers from our targeted data lists Qualify their hiring needs and willingness to sponsor Book discovery calls for a Senior BDM You open the door — the Senior BDM closes the deal. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the phone, enjoys structured tasks, and thrives on professional conversations that lead to results. What You’ll Do Make high‑quality outbound calls to employers Run concise conversations using our scripts and prompts Position our service clearly (we provide vetted, migration‑ready talent) Book appointments for Senior BDMs and ensure smooth handover Log accurate notes and follow‑ups in our system/s Follow a simple multi‑touch cadence (phone/SMS/email) Your success comes from quality conversations and qualified handovers What You’ll Bring Experience in outbound calling, call‑centre, telesales, SDR, B2B or similar A confident, warm and professional phone manner Strong listening, note‑taking and follow‑up discipline Ability to follow scripts, objection handling and structured processes Comfort with Outlook, phone/SMS tools and basic CRM workflows Exposure to recruitment, blue‑collar trades or skilled migration Understanding of construction, mining, civil, or automotive employers Familiarity with Monday.com, Google Suite or similar What You’ll Receive Structured onboarding with scripts & objection handling Weekly coaching and QA feedback Clear handover path to Senior BDMs Supportive team with a no‑ego, outcomes‑driven culture Competitive base + performance incentives based on qualified outcomes Career pathways into senior SDR or BDM roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
