Area Sales Manager – George Weston Foods GWF is one of the largest food manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand, employing around 6,000 people across 60 sites. The group includes brands such as Tip Top, DON, Yumi's, MAURI, and Jasol. DON, a heritage brand dating back to the late 1800s, specialises in ham, bacon, salami, smallgoods and fresh pork, and operates in metropolitan and regional locations across the country. About The Role As an Area Sales Manager you will manage a large territory spanning from the East and South East suburbs to the NSW border, visiting independent stores daily and making overnight stays as required. You will be on the road every day with a fully maintained vehicle (including personal use), phone, laptop and iPad. The role requires a self‑starter who thrives working independently and is ready to continuously reinvent strategies for success in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Achieve sales and execution targets across the independent grocery channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging these to achieve business goals.
