Site Manager – Industrial Construction | $10M Project | Permanent Role Location: Oxley, QLDSalary: $180K - $220K + Super + eTag + FuelJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentProject Value: $10M+Start: Immediate or by negotiation About the Role Join a growing and respected construction company with a strong pipeline of projects across Queensland. We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a 32‑unit industrial development in Oxley, valued at $10M. The project is well underway, entering the panel installation phase, and you’ll be stepping into a pivotal leadership role from this point through to handover. Other projects in the pipeline include industry trade schools and medical centers with similar size and scope. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity with long‑term potential.
