Our client is a leading Civils/Mining company who are looking to appoint a Workshop Administrator with the main responsible of handling all branch administrative tasks and developing/maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a Geraldton based, Monday- Friday position offering flexibility with working hours when required. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage all administration generated from workshop job orders and customer enquiries. Answering client and customer phone calls. Control and monitor the receipt and dispatch of products and jobs to ensure on time product delivery. Maintain plant/equipment files and ensure client folders are up do dated. Scanning, filing, and faxing. Ordering of consumables. General and ad-hoc administrative duties. To be considered for this role you must have the following Experience in an administrative/customer focussed position, ideally within the Civil/Construction/Mining industry. Have good PC skills and experience with Ms Word, Excel, and Outlook. Display excellent communication and organisational skills. Be able to work to deadlines.
