We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join Your Energy Media , the production arm behind Your Energy Answers — one of Australia’s fastest‑growing clean‑energy media platforms. We create documentary‑style YouTube videos, product reviews, educational explainers, client campaigns, podcasts, and social content seen by tens of thousands of Australians. If you care about storytelling, clean edits, great pacing, and content that actually helps people — you’ll fit right in. Full Time Contract About the Role You’ll turn raw footage into polished, high‑retention videos across multiple formats. Most of our content is centered around solar, batteries, energy independence, EVs, and consumer education ; an interest in clean energy is a big bonus (but not essential). You’ll work closely with our producers, scriptwriters, and on‑camera talent to create videos that are engaging, accurate, and visually compelling. What You’ll Work On YouTube long‑form videos (10–20 mins) Documentary‑style stories and case studies Short‑form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Podcast edits (audio + video) Product reviews and installer features Promotional and branded content for our partners Cut‑downs, thumbnails support, and motion graphics What We’re Looking For Strong skills in Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to tell stories through editing — pacing, emotion, structure Confidence working with multi‑cam interview timelines Basic colour correction and audio cleanup skills Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects Creativity: someone who can take a messy timeline and turn it into a clean, compelling story Attention to detail and consistency across edits Experience with YouTube/online content highly regarded Interest in renewable energy is a plus, not mandatory Why Work With Us Be part of a growing clean‑energy media company making real impact Work on high‑quality, meaningful content Creative freedom and input into story direction Opportunity to grow as we expand nationally Work directly with a passionate, experienced team driven by purpose How to Apply Please submit: Your showreel or examples of your recent editing work A short note about your editing experience Any links to YouTube videos or campaigns you’ve worked on #J-18808-Ljbffr
