You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, effective claims outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritise claims across multiple classes of insurance Oversee diary and email correspondence efficiently Coordinate and negotiate with insurers for fair and fast claim settlements Liaise with repairers, assessors, and emergency service providers Provide clear, professional communication and support to clients throughout the claims process About You You’re an organised, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll bring: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a polished phone manner Excellent organisational and time management abilities Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A positive, team‑focused attitude and a proactive mindset We are looking for someone with experience within a brokerage environment and an understanding of insurance processes — we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
