This full‑time Transport Manager role is responsible for overseeing the efficient and cost‑effective transport operations of the TTA Logistics' distribution network based in Glendenning, NSW . You will be a key member of the leadership team, driving continuous improvements and ensuring the safe, on‑time delivery of goods for our clients. What you'll be doing Manage the day‑to‑day transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of vehicles to meet customer requirements Oversee the maintenance and compliance of the vehicle fleet to ensure roadworthiness and regulatory adherence Develop and implement transport strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service Analyse transport data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and optimisation Foster a strong safety culture and ensure all transport activities comply with relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with other departments to align transport activities with the overall business objectives Manage and develop a team of transport coordinators and drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback What we're looking for Minimum 5 years’ experience in a transport or logistics management role, preferably within the warehousing, storage and distribution industry Strong understanding of transport operations, vehicle management, and distribution logistics Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills Proficient in using transport management systems and data analysis tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and team members Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, and drive continuous improvement Relevant tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field What we offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive training and career progression opportunities Flexible work arrangements and generous leave entitlements Employee wellness programs and discounted health insurance A collaborative and inclusive team culture About us TTA Logistics' is a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.
