Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family. DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Transport in Sydney. The position is responsible for arranging and directing the domestic transportation of international shipments of products both inbound and outbound to / from Sydney by compiling, completing and verifying the necessary forms and in accordance with company policy and procedure. Your typical day at DSV: Ensure customer delivery expectations are met by following SOPs, milestones, and KPIs. Accurately process transport jobs to maximize profitability and efficiency. Plan and prioritize shipments to meet deadlines and performance targets. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Solve transport-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement. About you: Strong communicator with the ability to influence, present clearly, and challenge ideas constructively. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines, and following procedures. Confident and resilient, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. Skilled in problem-solving, data interpretation, and documentation. Proven experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea), and proficient in CargoWise One/Tango. Why DSV ?
