Join a global logistics leader specialising in the secure transport of high‑value luxury items. We are seeking a Transport / Fleet Allocator to coordinate daily vehicle schedules, routes, and driver allocations for our statewide operations. Key Responsibilities Allocate daily routes and job schedules for drivers and guards Monitor van availability, maintenance needs, and service bookings Manage real‑time fleet adjustments to ensure smooth operations Coordinate urgent deliveries, VIP jobs, and high‑value consignments Ensure compliance with safety, security, and chain‑of‑custody protocols Communicate clearly with warehouse, operations, and customer teams Ensure all transportation documentation, manifests, security checklists, and driver logs are accurately completed Ensure all documents are filed, tracked, and maintain a complete chain‑of‑custody record for all shipments Skills & Experience Experience in transport allocation, dispatching, or fleet coordination Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills Ability to work under pressure and make fast decisions Knowledge of secure transport or high‑value goods (advantage) Tech‑savvy (TMS, GPS tracking, scheduling tools) Why You’ll Love Working With Us Premium logistics environment with global brand exposure Supportive team culture and ongoing development Competitive salary + growth opportunities About us Ferrari Group is the One‑Stop Service Provider specialising in the worldwide shipping of jewellery and luxury goods, providing high‑end solutions for the warehousing and logistics management of valuable goods.
