About The Role Reporting to our Prestons Operations Manager, the day shift Allocator is responsible for coordinating with drivers and customers and keeping up-to-date information on deliveries both in our system throughout our local and national teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, and you’ll work closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities Communicating with both drivers, subcontractors and customers – ensuring data integrity within our system. Responding to customer queries. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to our interstate and Warehouse teams. Reviewing driver paperwork, ensuring all required information is present. Collaborate with the Operations and Safety teams to uphold our top-tier compliance and safety standards. Occasional warehouse support.
