Food & Beverage Expert - Sheraton Club Lounge (Sheraton Hotels & Resorts) Job Number: Location: Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, 161 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, 2000 Schedule: Part Time Position Type: Non-Management Job Category: Food and Beverage & Culinary Position Summary: Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations. Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience. Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail. Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests' requirements. Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings. About You: An up-to-date RSA.
