In this role, you will act as the face of Brighton Ford and as a brand ambassador who consistently delivers our values. You will be the heart and soul of the showroom. As the first point of contact within the dealership you will be responsible to offer exceptional customer experience when handling incoming calls and meeting and greeting our valued customers and visitors. You will also be required to maintain general housekeeping of the reception and lounge area and complete administration tasks. Key Skills and Attributes Friendly and bubbly personality Exceptional customer service Professional grooming and presentation skills Medium competency in computer literacy Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Friendly, easy‑going individual, a real team player who assists all team members The successful candidate will be required to work 5 shifts between Monday and Saturday.
