We are seeking a very friendly, capable Receptionist and Showroom Organiser to be a part of the Customer Service team based in Dandenong South. Look us up at What we offer? A fabulous receptionist / showroom organiser. This full time position is a great opportunity to start your career at a profitable, energetic business with the best culture going around. But first, the small print......... Can you do the following… Reception Are you calm under pressure, even tempered, friendly even when stressed, happy and helpful? Can you deal with our external customers as well as your colleagues within the business? You manage the post, ordering our consumables and keep the kitchen/dishes organised (We do have cleaners though so don’t worry) Showroom Management You will be responsible for keeping our showroom looking great – fully stocked and bright. Our showroom looks just like a retail store and our customers love to visit to get new ideas etc. This will be your baby… but you will not be alone. Control Efficiency of Data Entry Provide fast, efficient and accurate data entry for orders. How is your attention to detail? Organisation / Communication You are the heart of our business and know everyone You treat all people from the delivery person to the CEO the same – with kindness, efficiency and respect. Product Knowledge Extensive knowledge of IG Design Group product and pricing. Not yet – but do you learn quickly? Check out our website to get you started. Warehouse / Distribution Liaise with the Logistics Department to follow up problems and queries. IT Skills Can you find your way around the Microsoft product suite and if have you had experience in SAP – that would be even better If we haven’t scared you away, think about applying.
