We are seeking enthusiastic medical receptionists to fulfill a full-time position in our Medical Department who have a passion for healthcare and wellness. This role serves as our primary connection point to assisting customers and healthcare professionals. A key aspect of this role is to manage patient, client and doctor requirements efficiently and effectively with utmost customer service. Responsibilities Providing administrative assistance to our clinical team Customer service and billings Managing phone enquiries and handling a busy phone line Appointment booking and billing Qualifications & Requirements Experience is preferred but not essential High organisational skills Fabulous Customer Service Skills Accountability Can work under pressure Energetic, friendly, innovative, proactive, and able to work under pressure Ability to exercise compassion, discretion, confidentiality, and work as a team member Location We are looking for medical receptionists at both locations Panaceum Medical (Geraldton) and Panaceum Northampton (Northampton).
