As our business expands, we are looking for additional people to join our Cargo offsite facility located on Link Road, Mascot. This facility has free on-site parking and is minutes away from the M5 motorway. dnata provides on-the-job training to all employees as well as full uniform including PPE at no cost. dnata is proud to offer on-the-job training and upskilling, allowing for opportunities for career progression and professional development What you will receive as an employee: 5 Weeks Annual Leave (accrued on all time worked); Free Parking Available; All PPE including steel cap boots supplied; Uniforms and ID cards supplied; Minimum engagement of 24 hours per week; Opportunities for career progression and ability to progress in the business; Full-time opportunities once you have been with the business for 12 months; A few of the key responsibilities for a Cargo agent are: Forklift driving; Loading and unloading of cargo in a safe and efficient manner; Safely operate forklifts as required; Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the dnata operating systems; Correct processing of all cargo handling documentation; Perform cargo handling duties using automated cargo handling system, packing/unpacking ULDs and loose cargo, as directed; Below are some of the key attributes that we as dnata are passionate about and see as important: Safety first mindset; Ability to work independently; Strong team player; Passionate about developing skills; Proven reliability; Flexible “can-do attitude”; Customer focused; Respectful to others; Pay Grade: $26.13 per hour + 11.5% superannuation + penalties: 15% if you start your shift before 7am and finish after 6pmBase Rate + Loadings: $30.04 22.5% if you start your shift before 4am and finish after 12amBase Rate + Loadings: $32.01 150% flat rate all day on SaturdayBase Rate + Loadings: $39.19 200% flat rate all day on Sunday, Public Holidays and OvertimeBase Rate + Loadings: $52.26 200% Loading for all part-time employees working outside their rostered hoursBase Rate + Loadings: $52.26 Minimum requirement is Forklift Drivers.
